Sales Representative – CFO Services

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to focus on our CFO services offering. This role is ideal for a driven professional with experience selling B2B services—especially in finance, private equity, or consulting—and a strong understanding of the value of executive-level financial leadership. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing engagements for fractional and interim CFO, Controller, and FP&A services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new business opportunities for CFO, Controller, and FP&A services.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of fractional financial leadership—especially in M&A and post-merger integration contexts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and finance professionals to scope engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and private equity decision-makers.
  • Represent the firm professionally in meetings, proposals, and virtual presentations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all outreach, conversations, and deal progress.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition in professional services or consulting.
  • Strong familiarity with CFO services, financial leadership roles, or working with private equity clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives.
  • Comfortable discussing finance-related pain points and aligning services to solve them.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
